This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Agnes Water Seafood (ABN 74 901 473 204) (we, us, our) from our visitors and customers (you, your) via the website, https://agneswaterseafood.com.au.

We do not have access to nor store complete debit/credit card details.

Customer contact form entries are stored for a maximum of two (2) years, analytics records for a maximum of five (5) years and customer purchase records for a maximum of 10 years.
We utilise a secure server, and only authorised personnel have access to our information systems. However, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us in the event of a breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards.
