Goldband Snapper has a delicate mild-moderate flavour, slightly sweet with low oiliness. Produces white, moist, firm flesh with large flakes. Holds together well during cooking and highly versatile. A popular choice for sashimi and works well in mousseline and fish cakes.

Fillet will be supplied skin-on unless otherwise requested.
